Henry Helgeson, Co-CEO of Merchant Warehouse, recently attended the National Restaurant Association’s Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago’s McCormick Place. There, Helgeson spoke with Fast Casual Senior Editor Valerie Killifer about integrating POS solutions with self-service kiosks that allow consumers to pay for their purchases without waiting in line to check out with a clerk, a trend many consumers are finding more to their liking.
